I am very happy to know that the Meledath Family Association, a group of Meledath Tharavat members, is publishing a family directory. I believe that this will be a historical record for the members of this Tharavat.In this era when the joint family system later evolved into the nuclear family, and relationships and life became a dull family, such associations are proof that the concept of 'family' continues to have a meaning and scope. The words "When you gather in my name, I will be in your midst" become relevant through such activities.This directory that you are publishing should be a record of mutual recognition and relationships.
